Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I am Totally impressed with Integrity Transportation. I was in need of a ride to my post-op doctor's appointment in Tacoma. Signing up for DART was a little complicated for me, and I came across Integrity's ad. I sent an inquiry email, Davide answered immediately with a promise to call the next morning to discuss my needs. A short conversation the next day, a reasonable estimate, and I was all set.
Igor picked me up (8 minutes early) and drove me to my appointment. He was polite and friendly. We chatted easily and he made me feel at ease. Igor dropped me off and returned promptly to take me back home. Igor is the best! The consummate professional.
I wouldn't hesitate to use Integrity Transportation again if the need arises. Keep up the great caring work you are doing Integrity! I truly appreciate you!!!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Booked for gig harbor, they were only minutes away in Tacoma just over the bridge. Awesome company. Easy to book, good pricing, great follow-up and communication. David is just a super nice, patient, polite and kind driver. Very clean van. Loading, unloading and driving were handled safely. I highly highly recommend.

David was courteous and made certain that my husband was secure in the vehicle before we left. We felt very safe while on the way to and back from our appointment. Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Integrity provided transportation for me to and from Auburn to Seattle when I needed outpatient surgery and had no relative or friend able to do it that day. They are fully approved medical transport for this type of service, and I believe the price was quite reasonable considering that two round trips widely separated in time were required. Davide was a very kind and caring driver, and altogether a very nice, friendly person. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an exceptional experience with David and his team! We hired Integrity Transportation (IT) to gurney transport my 91 year-old father to/from an appointment. IT transferred my father safely to/from bed to gurney and drove with utmost care, being careful to avoid unnecessary bumps and disturbances to ensure the safest and most comfortable ride. IT went the extra mile and assisted with needed transfers at the appointment and waited for us to complete the appointment so we had no wait before heading home. We would highly recommend IT and plan on using their services in the future. Thanks David!!
